Simon Leung on the The Chinese Recreation Club Centenary
(Race 9, 16 September 2012)

The field is quite evenly split between Lead/On Pace and Midfield/Rear runners, and the early pace is expected to be good to fast. Be-Fabulous is expected to Lead, but the inside drawn Glenealy Star, Apollo Cavalier and Happy Goal will be running with it at a good pace, and Be-Fabulous might end up wide early. Dance for Gold used to stay Rear early on, but has recently been seen running Midfield. Helene Fun Star won comfortably at New Market in England before it came to Hongkong, and I believe it is plenty good enough for Class 3 here.
